Carolyn Reynolds was first introduced to yoga in 1987 by a friend who invited her to attend a class as a guest.  The class was taught by Diane Steinberg whose spiritual mentor is Ram Dass.  And now Diane remains a constant nurturing spiritual mentor for Carolyn.  Two years after that first class Carolyn earned her Kripalu Yoga Teacher’s Certificate in July 1989 at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts. The month long training, under the leadership of Yoga Amrit Desai, was one of her most treasured experiences.
